Learning Lab Operations Manager
The primary purpose of the Learning Lab Operations Manager is to manage and lead work flowing through the Contact Center
Learning Lab. This includes managing and leading a team of Supervisors who are responsible for Associates who execute test
and learns for the Contact Center. Execution of test and learns are critical to drive improvements and evolution within our
business. As such, the Learning Lab Operations Manager is responsible for overall planning and monitoring individual test and
learns to ensure execution defined by the scope and measures of success. This requires the individual to work cross
functionally with business partners to design, execute and analyze results while ensuring alignment with overall enterprise and
Contact Center strategies.
It is critical that this role be able to inspire and engage employees by effectively communicating strategy, goals, and
objectives due to the ever changing environment. This also includes hiring, developing, coaching, and mentoring Supervisors
and future leaders; and creating an environment that values diversity of thought and experiences.
