The primary purpose of this role is to maintain visibility of the capacities and constraints across the supply chain network and anticipates and prevents bottlenecks within the inventory flow network. It analyzes inventory flow and directs the IFA team to make improvements to more efficiently move inventory across the network. In support of strategic business goals, the Inventory Fulfillment Senior Analyst provides operational direction on replenishment optimization to order management teams to improve product flow and inventory placement across the supply chain.

  • Collaborates with Flow Control Tower team to understand detailed capacity constraints with the network components
  • Prioritizes inventory flow improvement projects and constructs business cases and develops strategies for alternative flow paths
  • Analyzes and implements a constraint-based fulfillment network that improves supply chain flow and minimizes the delivery lead time
  • Builds and implements predictive models to forecast congestion in key nodes of the Supply Chain network and develops strategies to mitigate the negative impact
  • Performs trade-off analysis to support replenishment decision-making to meet or exceed service, cost, and inventory targets
  • Provides direction to inventory fulfillment teams regarding process improvements & business workarounds to ensure a seamless end to end & efficient inventory flow
  • Leads cross-functional inventory flow improvement projects that require the ability to influence without authority
  • Understands & communicates the strategy and goals of the process and system constraints that impact inventory fulfillment flow and manages to resolution.
Required Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering OR

  • 8+ years of Experience with at least three components of the full supply chain network (transportation, distribution centers, fulfillment, planning, engineering)
  • Experience with analytical tools including JDA/Manugistics, Microstrategies, Teradata, DART, etc.
Preferred Education/Experience:
  • Master's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Industrial Engineering
  • 7+ years of Experience within the entire Supply Chain network
