The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for answering inbound call volume from Customers, Service Providers, Stores and Vendors for the Central Production Office in order to timely and efficiently route calls from Customers, Service Providers, Stores, and Vendors to the appropriate CPO Work Group and or Associate.
The Customer Service Representative will also have primary responsibility to enter data concerning Service Provider Invoices, Jobs and Details for payment after appropriate verification has occurred, and to ensure timely payment of our 3rd Service Providers.
To accomplish this, the Customer Service Representative must have foundational knowledge of Phone and Computer Systems.
The Customer Service Representative will collaborate directly with peers in order to ensure Call Volume is handled timely.
Schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 10:30 am - 7:30 p.m.
Required Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Good computer skills
6 months customer service and/or call center experience
