Call Center Project Coordinator- Installed Sales:

NOW HIRING!!!Lowe’s Home Improvement Customer Support Center in Wilkesboro, NC is looking for more than a hundred Project Coordinators for our Installed Sales/Services Department.
Be a part of an exciting new team with excellent benefits and pay starting at $16.75 per hour.The Project Coordinator will be based in our Wilkesboro, NC Call Center with on-site health center and cafe, will have his/her own work station, and will be a part of a team that helps customers create, update, renovate, and fall in love with their homes!

We are looking for candidates who have these qualifications:

Required Minimum Qualifications:
· High School Diploma or equivalent
· Good computer skills
· 6 months experience in a customer facing role
· 6 months experience in a project coordination role OR experience in remodeling or construction industry

Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in related field
· Experience working in a Project Management function
· Bilingual

While working from the Wilkesboro Customer Support Center (NO travel needed and will NOT need to go to customer homes), the Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating with customers who have recently purchased installed services from Lowes.This may include new Kitchens, Bathrooms, Exterior Projects, etc.

Customers who make installed purchases rely on Lowe’s to coordinate all of the activities related to their project.The Project Coordinator is the key role that helps the customer during this journey.

Some activities for the Project Coordinator include confirming the scope of work with Customers and Service Providers, tracking progress, addressing issues and communicating timely with Customers, Service Providers, Stores, and Vendors to keep the job/project moving forward.
