Team Member - Process Auditor - Days

.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Understand the different receiving and shipping units, including master carton and inner pack, and research any location discrepancies encountered.
  2. In depth research of all receiving discrepancies where the received quantity does not match the ordered quantity. This includes, but is not limited to, location checks to verify quantity on hand, shipping audits to verify quantity being processed to stores, and computer research to pinpoint where the error may have been made.
  3. Will audit all functions of the building ensuring all team members are following best methods—Receiving, Building, Shipping, Pallet Strips, etc., and log all errors that are found.
  4. Log details of all internal audits into a QA database.
  5. Other duties as assigned by the Planning department.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  1. Basic PC skills a plus, with knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  2. Possess strong researching and mathematical assessment skills.
  3. Effective written and verbal communication.
  4. Must be task oriented and have the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  5. Must be detailed oriented.
  6. Basic familiarity and comfort in the use of mainframe and DMS System.
  7. Deductive Reasoning – ability to think in a logical manner when assessing a problem
  8. Possess a strong operational knowledge: Ability to understand facility process, responsibilities, functions, limitations, controls, and common problems preferred.
  9. Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  1. Internal candidates must have no more than 5.5 occurrences at the time of interview.
  2. Internal candidates who have written disciplinary action within six months and/or final disciplinary action within the last twelve months are ineligible.
  3. Transfer date may be delayed for Team Members on an active Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).
