The primary purpose of thisrole is to conduct analysis and industrial engineering studies for laboractivities. This position ensures that the allocation of time, expenses, andresources aligns with the projections and scalability of various workforce managementprograms. This position contributes toprojects that impact labor productivity and produces analytical insights. Responsible for the creation and maintenanceof engineered labor standards, which are used to allocate labor in the KronosWorkforce Management system. Performs time and motion studies in retailenvironment, capturing tasks and activities performed in-store. Provides detailed labor analysis thatidentifies specific opportunities for intervention. Expected to identify and quantify opportunitiesthat enhance stores’ ability to effectively manage labor costs whilemaintaining customer service standards. Works closely with Field and Store staff when developing and analyzingnew, updated, and/or modified processes. Act as liaison to the stores to ensure the corporate processes andinitiatives will work in the store environment.
Responsibilities:
· Develops engineered labor standards to capture tasks andactivities performed in the Lowe's retail environment
· Utilizes the information gathered in time and motion studies to buildlabor capacity models.
· Relies on engineering labor s tandards to quantifi y opportunit ies for continuousimprovement at Lowe's
· Identifies and recommends areas of opportunity for expensecontrol and labor optimization .
· Developsrecommendations through data analysis and modeling used in improving storeproductivity and driving business performance

MinimumQualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering orOperations Management, or a related field
· Industrial engineering experience, or a related field

Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering orOperations Management, or a related field
· LEAN or Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
· Experience using MOST technique and StandardsProsoftware to build and model industrial engineering standards
· Experience related to workforce planning, datascience, or data modeling; strong technical expertise in reporting
· Experience with business intelligence and reporting tools (e.g.MicroStrategy, Teradata), Exceptional analytic skills and a demonstrated abilityto build financial models for business forecasting, variance analysis, andproblem solving
