The Studio Lead, Digital Product Content is primarily responsible for coordinating with and/or leading production teams, prioritization, scheduling, processes and work flows for the creation of 3D product images and in-line content.

The Studio Lead, Digital Product Content must have strong knowledge of what constitutes first class online product content, possess excellent organizational skills, communicate effectively at all levels and have the ability to influence groups across a highly matrixed organization.

The Studio Lead, Digital Product Content will collaborate directly with Lowe’s Innovation Labs, Merchandising, Marketing Branding, MDCM, Agencies and Vendors in order to execute content strategies.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Manages shared inbox, responding to inquiries and vendor requests
  • Tracks shipping/receiving of incoming items
  • Creates daily schedule for Assistants and Photographers based on available resources
  • Create end of day report/shot list, track shot items, run vendor item requests or sample room item check-ins to prevent unnecessary reshoots
  • Deliver assets as well as reports daily to DCD load team; send items to a third party editing site, check them for quality, and download them into the shared drive for the DCD load team to add to Scene 7
  • Use Alteryx and Python programming software in order to help eliminate pain points and redundancies throughout the production and administrative processes within the studio, as well as to maximize efficiency and accuracy
  • Identifies time management issues and proactively works with team members to address such issues.
  • Responsible for the efficiency, utilization and output of the production teams.
  • Responsible for understanding the current technology and lowes.com standards.
  • Ability to lead team meetings and track tasks.
  • Utilizes solid knowledge of process and procedures to train new employees as needed.
  • Acts as an escalation point for production issue resolution.
  • Ensures all Daily Processes and Procedures are kept up to date. Manage large data sets, prioritize, track, create and communicate production schedules for 3D facility.
  • Coordinate production schedules for internal and external teams.
  • Tightly align with the production capacity and schedules of each facility.
  • Identify and manage new items through the entire content production cycle.
  • Project manage the flow of products from receipt at the production facilities through donation.
  • Manage tight timelines that often change due to dynamic market conditions, priorities and resource constraints.
  • Understand, anticipate, and define plan for executing within the constraints of the ecommerce business tools. Requires working knowledge of business tool capabilities and limitations; including Project Management, Content Management Systems (CMS) and Search Engine tools.
  • Work with Lowe’s Digital UX team to create first class Product Detail Pages to display enhanced content.

  • Completes work assignments by applying up-to-date knowledge in subject area to meet deadlines; building an understanding of procedures, data, and resources to support projects or initiatives; collaborating with others, often cross-functionally, to solve business problems; understanding priorities, deadlines, and expectations; communicating progress and information; identifying and recommending ways to address improvement opportunities when possible
Required Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent years of experience
· 2+ years of experience required in retail, preferably ecommerce
· 1+ years of experience required with content management systems
· 1+ years of experience required working with data collection

Preferred Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience working with project management.
