Job Summary:

The Senior Industrial Engineer is responsible for analyzing and developing solutions that will facilitate continuous productivity, capacity, safety, and quality improvement within Lowe’s Supply Chain and Distribution teams.

The primary purpose of this role is to analyze opportunities within Lowe’s Distribution, provide detailed analysis for new processes and infrastructure, and implement the
solutions. This role is also responsible for creating and running network models to guide decisions on Supply Chain strategy. This role is critical to Lowe’s because it’s an avenue to discover and reduce inefficiencies within the Supply Chain.

Minimum Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in Industrial Engineering or related field
-Experience managing a cross-functional project from conception to implementation
-Knowledge of Excel, Access

Preferred Qualifications:

-Experience with Llamasoft Supply Chain Guru
-Green Belt Certified
-Experience in retail distribution with an emphasis on a performance based culture
-Experience in facility layout and project/capital justification
-Proven experience managing multiple and competing priorities
-Knowledge of AutoCAD
