Senior Financial Analyst

Purpose of Role:
The incumbent will be responsible for the execution of our financial risk management strategy, including but not limited to identifying financial risks, quantifying them and mitigating them using both derivative and non-derivative means. The selected individual will also play an important in role in executing Capital Market transactions, including debt issuance and Capital Structure optimization efforts

Responsibility Statements:
• Identify, monitor, quantify and execute risk mitigation strategy for financial risks i.e., foreign exchange, interest rate and commodity
• Execute FX and derivative transactions, and ensure accurate and timely settlement of trades
• Conducts analysis and other functions, including tests of effectiveness, pertaining to the Company’s risk management program
• Responsible for mark-to-market valuation of outstanding derivative trades and hedges, and works with corporate accounting team to ensure accurate and appropriate booking and disclosure
• Supports the execution of capital market transactions, including debt issuance, through analysis and involvement in related activities like due diligence, internal communication etc.,
• Performs capital structure analysis related to leverage, credit rating, debt portfolio, share repurchases, dividends and other capital allocation decisions
• Support key global treasury functions including intercompany loans and cash management
• Work on ad-hoc projects, analyses, reports and other related duties required for this role

Required Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting and related disciplines
• 5 years’ experience, including at least 2 years in a Treasury, Financial Risk Management or Corporate Finance role
• Intermediate level understanding of financial markets
• Strong financial modeling skills
• Intermediate level competence in using Bloomberg and Treasury Workstation

Preferred Education & Experience:
• MBA or MSc. Finance, CPA or CFA certification
• Financial risk hedging program execution (especially FX and interest rate) experience
