Position Overview
The primary purpose of this role is to support SC Planning and Replenishment team, using existing and ad-hoc systems, data, and tools to provide actionable and exception based analytical insights to enhance decision making for the supported teams.
• Manage request queues and ensure that all requests are prioritized, assigned and resolved.
• Monitored queues include requests for new users, bugs, support, and are inclusive of non-Work front applications
• Interact with Workfront Inc. technical support on behalf of the internal users
• Direct problem resolution; instruct users, correct errors or perform administrative platform adjustments where
• Provision Users, De-provision users, Manage user properties, rights and licenses, Sync LDAP properties (e.g. org structure)
• Monitor solution help queues
• Answer help call-in lines
• Manage user support cases
• Build a rapport with leaders and user community, attentively listening to their needs to ensure continued adoption.
• Conduct presentations to leadership and community groups.
• Conduct ongoing organizational skills analysis
• Provide new user onboarding training
• Provide on-demand topical training
• Provide new feature training
• Conduct feature benefit analysis
• Conduct feature rollout scheduling

• Creation and refine advanced Workfront reports
• Create and refine advanced Workfront dashboards
• Create and refine integrated reports with external data
• Create integrated between various data sets with solutions such as PowerBI or Tableau
• Develop presentation decks as requested by business leaders
• Monitor and troubleshoot existing cloud integrations
• Monitor and troubleshoot existing internal integrations
• Manage and resolve integration issues
• Monitor requests, suggest and manage enhancements and modifications to existing integrations
• Migrate data into a Workfront solution (as needed)
• Monitor and troubleshoot vendor applications that integrate with Workfront
• Manage and resolve application issues
• Interact with application support team
• Manage user enhancement requests and submit to application vendor
Required skills/ experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Management Information Systems
  • 2-3 years of experience in Supply Chain Operations
  • Proficient in MS Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint,Word, Visio)
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • 2+ years of experience with Project design and/or management skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and deliver desired results
  • Understand complex business processes and how to map from end-to-end
Preferred skills
  • Proficient in enterprise workflow management tools (WorkFront, SmartSheet,Wrike,etc.)
