Lowe’s is seeking an experienced L&D Program Leader to implement, deliver, maintain, and measure learning programs. This includes responsibility for executing learning programs on time and within budget in partnership with the business. This role is critical to Lowe's as it enables the successful delivery of assigned L&D programs or initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Gathers and analyzes quantitative and qualitative data to monitor the effectiveness of a portfolio of learning solutions and/or programs.
  • Uses data to drive the improvement of learning solutions and/or programs.
  • Verifies learning solutions drive business performance and consolidate into comprehensive learning plans as needed.
  • Develops and executes comprehensive program delivery strategies.
  • Develops and executes comprehensive project plans on time and within budget.
  • Coordinates and directs multiple concurrent projects or programs, identifying interdependencies within and across programs.
  • Participates in evaluating a specific product or service and selecting a training vendor from an approved pool.
  • Conducts and maintains due diligence on vendors and products.
  • Consults and provides advice on the learning development process for successful delivery of the learning solution, program, and/or initiative.
  • As required may serve as a facilitator using approved facilitator resources.
  • As required designs, develops, and implements blended learning solutions that address root cause issues to drive business performance.

REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • H.S. Diploma with 7+ years of experience with learning delivery, program implementation, program evaluation, and change management principles; demonstrated understanding and application of adult learning theory; experience influencing sponsors, stakeholders, and project team members; experience managing vendor relationships; and experience designing organizational programs.
OR
  • Bachelor's Degree in Education; Instructional Design; Organizational Development; Human Resources; Business or related field with 4+ years of experience with learning delivery, program implementation, and change management principles; demonstrated understanding and application of adult learning theory; experience influencing sponsors, stakeholders, and project team members; experience managing vendor relationships; and experience designing organizational programs.

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
  • Master's Degree in Education; Instructional Design; Organizational Development; Human Resources; Industrial-Organization Psychology; MBA or related field with 2+ years of experience with learning delivery, program implementation, and change management principles; demonstrated understanding and application of adult learning theory; experience influencing sponsors, stakeholders, and project team members; experience managing vendor relationships; and experience designing organizational programs.
  • Related industry certifications or credentials- e.g. PMP, PHR, CPT.
  • Experience with multiple design modalities- e-learning, classroom, virtual, gamification, etc.,
  • Experience with instructional design (e.g. ADDIE, SAM).
  • Experience facilitating.
