The primary purpose of this role is to define and support a standard approach to governing, administering and enabling the delivery of data analytics to ensure adherence to EPD standards and increase quality of Enterprise Program Delivery (EPD) execution. This includes primary responsibility for defining the EPD Governance and Methodology standards, training to ensure processes are clearly communicated, understood and executed according to the defined cadence and standards, establishing processes to evaluate and measure adherence to the governance and methodology standards, and providing visibility and reporting metrics to EPD leadership and teams on program health.


• Defines program governance review and assessment processes through planning, coordination, monitoring and reporting on project and program schedule, quality, and risk
• Collaborates and gains alignment/buy-in with the different Functional Areas that support the program governance review and assessment processes
• Sets schedule for providing feedback and suggestions of artifacts for quality, clarity, and integration to maintain project timelines
• Develops reporting and data analytics that provide key performance indicators that measure and monitor program delivery
• Determines the Program Review process through initiation, execution and closure activities in order to reduce significant program issues or risks
• Decides appropriate analytics needed for leadership to enable decision making around resource spend and work prioritization
• Designs and delivers role relevant training, based on an understanding of the program Governance review and assessment and resource capacity planning processes, program delivery methodologies, and knowledge of PPM tools in support of the processes
• Facilitates ongoing evaluation of the program governance and resource capacity planning processes and delivery methodology and standards for opportunities to improve efficiencies and drive portfolio health


Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or related field
3 + Experience conducting project work in a professional environment. Additional equivalent work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
2+ Experience working on project(s) involving the implementation of project life cycle methodologies (e.g., SDLC, process management, organizational change, Six Sigma, Lean)
2 + Experience with program delivery, development and operational processes and methodologies including portfolio planning, program management, project management


Project Management Institute (PMI) or other project/program management certification

2+ Experience in project initiation and planning for large or complex projects (technical or non-technical) with global workforce (e.g. multi-year, multi-consumer, etc)
2+ Experience managing operational or project financial budgets
