The primary purpose of this role is to design, implement and manage the product fulfillment strategy for Lowe's US business to include optimization of product position across supply chain nodes, optimization of shipment methods – both current and future needs, and balancing customer service/experience and speed with supply chain cost. This includes responsibility for designing entry/exit strategy for new, existing and end of life products while considering different needs for steady state categories versus seasonal, perishable or other specialized business needs.

· Designs, implements, and manages a product strategy that optimizes the following – network capacity, product position across supply chain nodes, shipment methods, across current and future needs. This strategy will encompass the entry/exit strategy for new, existing and end of life products while considering different needs for steady state categories versus seasonal, perishable or other specialized business needs
· Develops, maintains, and implements policies/hurdle rates for all types of product flows within the Lowe’s and vendor supply chain network to ensure that Lowes' quality and efficiency standards are observed.
· Examples include defining criteria for vendor managed inventory, cross dock versus stock programs in network nodes, consignment inventory, SOS versus Lowe’s SOE or DFC fulfillment, etc.
· Defines and implements inventory policies top optimally allocate inventory to fulfillment nodes, and to deploy that inventory to specific customer orders, stores, or distribution locations.
· Utilizes knowledge of fulfillment in general and fulfillment strategy including industry best practices, supply chain systems, and financial metrics to develop, deploy, and execute Lowe's product fulfillment strategy
· Develops, maintains, and executes training programs to ensure supply chain “state of mind” across total business – key areas include merchandising, store operations and marketing
· Maintains business relationships to support the strategic direction of the discipline
· Tracks project deliverables from team members to ensure the company standards for quality and accuracy are maintained

Minimum Qualifications:
· Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Engineering, IT or related field
· 10+ Experience in logistics or supply chain management

Preferred Qualifications:
· Master's Degree
· Experience in consulting
