Collateral Production Analyst

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

The primary purpose of this role is to coordinate project resources involved in the collateral production print management and supply chain in order to ensure consistent and clear project execution across all Lowe's stores. This includes responsibility for the deployment of Non-Retail Items (NRI); signage, fixtures, racking, and displays for execution of in-store projects including Customer Experience Design (CXD) projects, Merchandising projects, New Store projects, and Remerchandising projects.


RESPONSIBILITY STATEMENTS:


• Supports and provides project organization oversight and validation of quality assurance metrics to ensure compliance to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Supports and provides guidance to third party vendors in charge of NRI consolidation in order to maximize transportation and delivery savings across the enterprise

• Provides leadership with analytical reports (i.e., vendor scorecard) indicating level of compliance to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Monitors deadlines to ensure all relevant information is provided to internal business partners, EPM vendors, and supply chain partners (e.g., digital assets, change requests

• Provides budget-related information for NRI to Project Teams to inform program budget

• Participates in project team kick off and weekly status meetings, providing input and status of project deliverables

• Manages completion of project milestone tasks through Project Management tool (PMT)

• Manages vendors and coordinates project resources by identifying, organizing, resolving, and elevating project issues as necessary and identifying project gaps with internal and external partners regarding the execution of various company protocols (e.g., RFP Process, PAR Process, Project Communications) and ensuring all parties have necessary resources and information

• Serves as the point of contact between internal business partners (e.g., Merchandising, Marketing) and 3rd party vendors for assigned projects


REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree with specialty in business or related field OR 2+ Years experience in Print Management, Supply Chain, Store Operations or Service Related Field
• 1+ Years experience in Project Management
• 1+ Years experience working cross-functionally within a matrixed organization

PREFERRED:

• 3+ Years experience in Vendor Management
• 3+ Years experience in Collateral and Supply Chain
• 2+ Years experience in Procurement
• 1+ Years experience with PeopleSoft software
• Statistical Modeling
• CPIM, CIRM or CSCP Certifications
• PMBOK, PMP or CAPM Training or Certification
