The primary purpose of this role is to support the tactical direction of holistic architectural work output and deliverables associated with assigned projects. This includes responsibility for the delivery and output of quality and timely UX deliverables including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and presentations.

•Builds and delivers consistent high-quality architectural artifacts including user flows, wireframes, concept sketches, personas, and documentation
•Works directly with both internal and external teams to ensure work moves smoothly and efficiently from concept to execution
•Integrates with the business and IT teams through the development process
•Supports the tactical direction and holistic architectural work output and deliverables associated with assigned projects
•Supports multiple aspects of projects within a singular track of work within a platform / suite of products
•Works cross-functionally across both Lowe's Digital, engaging with other contributors and managers, as well as across the enterprise, ensuring key relationships are fostered across the omni-channel partners
•Stays on top of digital trends, emerging technologies, and new tools to continually improve the teams position as experts in usability
•Works on self-development to ensure relevance in an evolving digital landscape

•Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Communications, Computer Science, English, Business or related field
•2-4 years of experience in freelance or industry experience
•3-7 years of experience in design or architecture

•Prior experience in Fortune 100 company working as part of a large-scale and complex organization
•B2B or B2C commerce or marketing experience
•Ability to work within an Agile/SCRUM development environment
