Lowes has exciting fast-paced Contact Center opportunities at our Customer Support Center in Albuquerque, NM. Our agent schedules include night and/or weekend work unless otherwise noted. The CC Base Agent position serves as a first point of contact for customers and store employees requiring assistance with complaint resolution, product information and availability, stock and special order sales processing, special order sales systems and reconciliation, troubleshooting to diagnose or solve product performance issues; scheduling service appointments; answering questions about warranty and Extended Protection Plan coverage: complaint resolution; working directly with Independent Service Providers to facilitate quick and complete repairs; and other repair related inquiries and services. The CC Base Agent positions provides support through phone and/or written interaction. This position is in a fast-paced call center environment and schedules include night and/or weekend work.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
The ideal candidate will possess the following: a minimum of one (1) year previous customer service experience; strong communication (written, verbal and listening), decision-making, and problem-solving skill; a positive approach to customer service; excellent time management/organizational skills (ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously); good computer and typing skills (25 words per minute). This incumbent must be a demonstrated self-starter and self-manager
